COVID-19 SERVICE LIMITATIONS
As of December 11, 2020, the library is open for limited services. During this time:
- Patrons can access materials via Curbside Pickup only. Patrons will briefly enter the lobby of the building to obtain materials. The main library remains closed to the public. Please call us at (608) 897-4070 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- No fines will be charged.
- Items may be reserved by visiting https://www.linkcat.info/ and logging into your account with your library card number (do not enter spaces) and PIN. Patrons can also call us during open hours and staff can assist with placing holds.
- WiFi is available from the exterior of the building, including along 5th Avenue.
- Our drive-up book drop is now open at all times except during planned holiday closures (Christmas, New Years).
- Digital materials remain available through Overdrive and Libby, visit https://wplc.overdrive.com/to get started.
The library board and staff will continue to monitor the situation and update the community as needed.
